Midwest Territory Championship Chain comes to NAP
Midwest Territory Championship Chain has a new home in Indianapolis as Naptown All Pro becomes the new sanctioning body for the unorthodox championship title
NAP is excited to share the lineage started in Paradigm Pro Wrestling and honor the legacy started 3 years ago from the minds of MidwestTerritory.com’s Chad French and PPW’s Cam Adams with the wildest and most unique title to represent our region, the Midwest. It is especially important to NAP as 3 out of the 4 wrestlers who founded this company in Calvin Tankman, Hoodfoot Mo Atlas, and Chase Holliday, have all held the chain high as champion, Holliday having both the most cumulative days as champion and longest singular reign. As NAP moves forward as the official primary sanctioning body of the title there are a number of things to take note of as we move forward in this new chapter of the title’s history
Midwest Territory founder Chad French has been added to the NAP Board Of Directors as an advisor with specific authority over the Midwest Territory Championship title
NAP looks to make sure that the Championship Chain truly represents the entirety of the Midwest and we welcome all promotions from the Ohio Valley to the Great Plains, up to the great lakes, and everywhere in between and outside of those boundaries to host Midwest Territory Championship Chain Matches
NEW RULE: All 1-on-1 MWT Title matches will be held under an 8-minute time limit. The length of time was specifically determined because the average NAP match is 9 minutes 29 seconds. The chain has traditionally been defended in fast-paced 1 on 1 matches and NAP looks to enforce that history as law by ensuring that those who hold the title can use their quick wits, power, and technique to be hold the tile under a short time period
